Our Cuisine Philosophy

sustain-2Food is a celebration of the gifts from nature. We strongly believe in the healing and energy that humans benefit from consuming natural food. However, this can only be achieved if our food is produced in a sustainable way.

Guided by our cuisine philosophy, we plan our menu based on the following principles:
  1. We use only fresh seasonal, local, organically grown and unprocessed ingredients in our cooking. Find out more about our sustainable farm at www.mahotafarm.com
  2. We choose low temperature cooking to maintain the natural nutrients in food. Our food contains low oil, salt and sugar, and no MSG.
  3. We strive to provide an acid-alkaline nutritionally balanced meal for your enjoyment.

We are continuously reviewing and raising standards to meet your expectations, so please share with us your views and suggestions for our improvement.

Mamma Italia Restaurant and Bar, with its lovely indoor and patio area with view of the golf course, is easily accessible via the Member’s restaurant or the Golf reception. Mamma Italia Restaurant and Bar is where you can enjoy, among many dishes, authentic traditional Italian Pizza and Pasta made with the freshest ingredients by our Italian Chef together with a glass of Italian wine. Chill by the bar after a round of golf with friends sipping our imported German and Italian beers, wide selection of Italian spirits, cold and hot drinks and of course Illy Espresso Coffee!
